Field Trip Permission Slip

Throughout the year, your child will be going on various field trips. Field trips to places of educational importance are a part of our curriculum. These trips are an outgrowth of learning activities in the classroom and are carefully selected and planned. We expect students to participate in these field trips as they do in other learning situations. All students must have a written permission slip on file in the classroom. If written permission slip is not on file at the school, the student will not be allowed to attend the field trip. Please complete and sign the form below. This gives your child permission to attend all field trips during the 2022-2023 school year. You will receive details and information on each field trip that your child will attend.
